A secluded resort provided a unique experience for a client’s annual incentive trip.
Recipients of an automotive client’s prestigious annual award recently experienced luxury with a Puerto Rican flair at Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve. Wellington and our client hand-selected Puerto Rico as a unique tropical destination with no-hassle entry, as it requires no passport or travel documents. Though the island is home to many beautiful beaches and resorts, one stood out as the clear choice for the traveler that has seen it all.
Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve is a new property built on the historic, lush plantation estate of Laurance Rockefeller. Blending architecture seamlessly with the environment and providing the highest levels of service, Dorado Beach wowed each of our client’s regional groups. Attendees enjoyed personalized cooking classes, snorkeling expeditions, bike rides around a sheltered nature trail, and (of course) some well-deserved beachside rest and relaxation.
Working with the resort, we were able to create fantastic farewell dinner experiences for each of our groups. Set by the beach just as the sun went down, the farewell dinners included a live band, boutique gift selection, unique food and drink, and an awards presentation featuring personalized bottles of Don Q Gran Añejo Puerto Rican rum. When it came time to leave, most of the attendees didn’t want to go… and we didn’t either!
