Global Outplacement Consultancy firm Challenger, Grey & Christmas conducts an annual survey about the status of company parties. In 2014, they found that 80% of those surveyed were planning holiday parties, and one in five companies planning parties planned to spend more than the previous year. Numbers don’t lie – the sluggish economy of past years is back on its feet, and so are workplace celebrations.
