Leslie started her career with Wellington as an account manager, rising through the ranks to assume the role of director of operations. Leslie currently directs the national meetings with large attendance counts and multi-waves for national auto accounts. She is responsible for directing all areas of special events, meetings, sales incentive programs and managing account teams.
