The Graphic Design Coordinator is a highly motivated, creative and detail-oriented person with experience in strategic design, front-end development, execution and branding. They are responsible for conceptualization, design, development, layout and production of a wide range of traditional and new media materials to promote client events and programs. As such, they must be highly organized, have the ability to manage multiple projects at any given time, understand basic front-end website code elements of HTML and CSS and must be an excellent problem solver. This person should be open to the ideas of others on the project team as they will work in collaboration with the account executives, account managers and other members of the project team.
Specific skills needed by this self-starter include a working knowledge of HTML and CSS and the ability to work within the CMS systems. They should be able to use relevant software products in order to design and create highly accurate, visually compelling print and digital materials such as landing pages, websites, emails, signage, and informational packets. They will be responsible for the production of such collateral, including design development as well as inputting copy. Working within set parameters and coordinating outside vendors are key components.
Level of experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree. Working knowledge of front-end development such as HTML, CSS and working within a CMS. Experience in design programs such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience in design & development or like field is desirable.

- Teaser campaigns
- Contest websites
- Event websites
- Prize programs
- Email marketing
- Pre-trip and welcome packets
- Amenity cards for high-end gifts
- Labels and specialty packaging
- Luggage tags
- Place cards
- Menu cards
- Signage
- Create and manage event collateral summaries
- Create and manage front end development for event web properties within a CMS
- Advise and assist on client facing websites, email marketing, etc. within a team
- Assist with variable data set-up
- Manage special collateral projects as required by clients
- Name badges, brochures, registration pieces, etc.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for sales, marketing or client projects
- Continue to stay current with development trends
- Manage collateral sample aggregation
- Attend one networking or educational event a month
- Attend and take active role in staff meetings and staff trainings
